Hein Kruger Internasionale Fondsbestuur (Pty) Ltd,
operating as Kruger International, is an established,
authorised financial services provider.
Registration
Established by Hein Kruger in 2000, the company is
registered as a Discretionary Investment Manager
(FSPII) with the Financial Services Board and as Fund
Manager of the Kruger funds with the Registrar of
Collective Investments. Kruger International is also
an associate member of the Association of Collective
Investments (ASISA).
Philosophy
The company philosophy is to provide a cost effective
and successful financial service so all clients can
reap the benefits of wealth management. This
specifically benefits the ‘small’ investor, who is
generally disadvantaged due to both the structure of
financial services in South Africa and the emphasis
on commission-driven sales.
Remuneration
Kruger International’s service mutually benefits the
investor and portfolio manager, as remuneration is
performance-directed and is derived from an ongoing
management service fee, as opposed to
transaction-driven commissions.
